We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive person to join our team, to supervise student behaviour in the toilets and maintain a safe and clean environment for all users. Staff are proud to be part of our vibrant, ambitious and oversubscribed school with strong community links.
The role and responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and supervising students’ behaviour in the toilet areas ensuring the safety, security and well-being of students ensuring good behaviour;
- Use of the Academy’s Management Information System (MIS) to record toilet access by students during lessons;
- The maintenance and cleaning of the toilets to the standards set by the Academy;
- Manage student queuing and carry out regular checks of the toilets as required;
- Being a positive role model to our students;
- To undergo First Aid at work training and provide first aid support if required in line with school procedures.
