 We are looking for full time staff (37 hours) to work a range of shifts in our contact centre. There are shifts to suit all. The majority of shifts are Monday – Friday office hours, with variation to suit different needs.
The contact centre, based in South Gosforth, answers queries for anything related to Newcastle City Council; these can range from reporting repairs to helping vulnerable customers following a fall.

Please note, telephone interviews will take place on Thursday 28th and Friday 29th November 2024. Those then shortlisted will have a face-to-face interview Thursday 5th December 2024. Please note this will be a recruitment day and can take up to five hours. The planned start date for the roles will be Monday 13th January 2025.
