A rewarding and exciting opportunity to work as part of a team of Family Partners based in the Outer West of the city within the Children and Families Newcastle system. You will build relationships with families and work closely with them on their journey within early help and through the wider Children and Families Community Offer. Enable families to link with services and support appropriate to their specific need and requirements, from initial contacts and whole family assessments, identifying and arranging appropriate support, maximising the use of evidence-based approaches, and supporting progress to improve outcomes for children and families. 

The post will suit candidates who:
Are experienced in integrated, multi-agency working
Are experienced in working supportively with families
Have excellent communication skills
Are able to work on their own initiative and as part of a multi-agency team.
