£31,364 pa
As a committed and dedicated team member, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of all the crematorium equipment. This includes cremating machinery and other equipment in accordance with the Code of Cremation Practice and the requirements of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
You will be required to interact with Clergy/Celebrants, Funeral Directors and bereaved families. You will proactively manage and arrange the Book of Remembrance and other memorial areas. Being compassionate and committed to out of hours work is essential for this role.
