The Asset Management Data Analyst role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the sustainable management of Newcastle City Council’s highway infrastructure. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to develop and implement innovative asset management strategies.

About You
We are seeking a talented Asset Management Data Analyst to join our Highway Asset Management team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the implementation of effective asset management practices. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing technical assistance to the Highway Asset Management team
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of asset management strategies
  • Analysing and interpreting data to inform decision making.
  • Developing and maintaining data models and databases
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the effective use of asset management data.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A degree in the relevant field
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for asset management and a desire to contribute to the improvement of city’s infrastructure
