We are delighted to be offering an opportunity to join Ridgeway Primary Academy’s amazing teaching staff. You will have the privilege and responsibility of bringing our curriculum to life for our fantastic children, helping them to be ready for lives filled with success.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic teacher to work in our school. Applicants will have a proven track record of successful teaching and learning in a primary setting and this post is not suitable for ECTs. In addition, the successful candidate will:

  • Have high expectations of themselves, all children and the school community as a whole;
  • Have a secure understanding of curriculum and how to engage children in learning to secure good progress;
  • Be a teacher who never gives up on children;
