We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, hardworking, and flexible individual to join our team as a Health and Social Care Officer working night shift.

We provide a specialist respite and crisis service that supports adults with learning disabilities with additional complex support needs within a building base.

The service enables Families and Carers to have a short break while we support their relative within the service. Health & Social Care Officers play a vital role within the team working together to provide a supportive and safe environment for those Staying at Castle Dene.

This post does not require specific experience or professional qualifications. What they really need is your caring approach, your patience, and your commitment to making a real difference to people’s lives.

Maintaining the dignity of people must always be a priority and successful applicants must be able to deliver care and support with sensitivity.

You will use learn to use person centred approaches to ensure that the needs and aspirations of the individuals we support are met and support people to express themselves, make choices and utilise their own unique forms of communication/expression.

You must be available to work a three-week rota pattern which includes working two weekends out of three. There are enhanced payments for working unsocial hours.
Early shifts start at 7.45am / late shifts finish at 9.15pm
