We are looking for a team player who is highly organised and self-motivated with a professional manner and the effective communication skills to work in the Revenues and Benefits Service as part of the Revenues team.
As a Revenues Officer (Billing, Collection and Recovery), you will assist in the day to day activities concerning Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefit overpayment billing, collection and recovery.
You will constantly challenge the way we do things, supporting change through innovation and new solutions to ensure continuous service improvement.
If you are enthusiastic, have the necessary skills and experience to join our team and are dedicated to continuous improvement, we would like to hear from you.
You will have 5 GCSE’s at Grace C and above, including Maths and English and have a minimum of 2-3 years experience of Local Authority Revenues.
Experience of using Capita (Academy) Revenues and Benefits system and Civica Workflow would be an advantage but not essential.
