An exciting opportunity has arisen for a for Commissioning and Quality Assurance Support Officer to join or newly restructured Adult Commissioning and Quality Assurance Services.
 
The role will be to support a newly formed team to ensure our Adult social care commissioned services are developed in line with demand and are quality assured to high standard.  The postholder will provide operational support to commissioning and quality assurance functions to include service reviews, stakeholder engagement, options appraisals, data collection and business cases.
 
You will support with the co-production of quality assurance approaches with Senior commissioning and quality officers.
 
About You:
The successful postholder will have an understanding of the Adult Social Care, excellent communication and organisation skills and who enjoys being part of a team and service where there is a positive and supportive culture.
 
You will provide operational support day-to-day across the commissioning and quality assurance functions to support service delivery.
 
Establish effective, collaborative relations with providers and partners and be aware of any potential contractual implications.
 
Provide daily operational support for provider queries including those of a complex or potentially contentious nature in a way that is customer focussed and lends itself to positive outcomes.
 
Undertake pre-audit research and collate data to prepare for audits and identify trends.
 
You will be passionate in the delivery of high-quality services, enabling people to live better lives.  You will embed systems and processes enabling our services to remain effective, responsive, safe, well-led and caring.
