Required for September 2024, the Local Governing Committee of St Mary’s Catholic Primary school are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team.
 
Under the direction of the Headteacher, the role will involve working in the school office alongside the School Business Manager undertaking general admin and finance duties.
 
We are seeking someone who:
  • Is either a practising Catholic or someone who is supportive of our Catholic ethos
  • Has achieved a minimum of Grade 4 (old Grade C) in GCSE Maths and English
  • Has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Is able to work under their own initiative as well as within a team
  • Can be flexible in their approach to work
  • Is able to demonstrate good relationships with children, parents, staff and Governors
