This is an exciting opportunity to join Libraries and Community Hubs within the City Operations, Neighbourhoods and Regulatory Services
division. You will be responsible for providing a front line service to customers in our Libraries across the City.

You should be experienced in working in a customer focused environment and have the ability to actively promote library and council services, including our digital offer whilst resolving customer enquiries. You should have excellent communication and customer service skills, experience of coaching and mentoring staff and good IT skills.

You will be required to work flexibly across all sites which will include evening and weekend working on a rota basis.
