We are currently seeking a dynamic, flexible and efficient School Office Manager to join our hardworking and committed whole school federation team. You will be employed by The Federation of Longhorsley and Whalton C of E Schools and will be initially based at Whalton C of E Primary School, but please note that your duties in this employment may require you to work at either or both of the schools under the direction of the Governing Body within The Federation.

Working Pattern:
The post is initially for 32.5hrs per week Monday to Friday from 8.30-3.30pm on a variable hours contract between 25 - 32.5 hrs.

The successful candidate will:
- Act as first point of contact at the school dealing with frontline enquiries from children, staff, parents and visitors providing a professional and efficient reception service
- Support leadership and management and teaching and learning through the provision of a first class administrative support service
- Be part of a valued team who are committed to building on the highly acclaimed strengths of the school and show a commitment to its continued future development
- Demonstrate a commitment to nurture the Christian ethos of the school and excellent relationships with children and adults
- Be extremely flexible and prepared to go the extra mile, including supporting community events outside of normal school hours
